Pre-Purchase Surveys

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Sea trials and haul-outs are recommended for pre-purchase surveys when applicable.
• Travel accommodations may apply outside local service areas.
• Final survey reports and documentation will be released upon receipt of full payment.
• Survey reports are typically delivered by email within 2–3 business days following inspection. Additional time may be required for laboratory analysis results.

Meet the Owner
Cormic Parker is a native Cape Codder with a lifetime of hands-on experience around boats, commercial fishing, and coastal waters. He is a graduate of the Chapman School of Seamanship Yacht & Small Craft Surveying program, ABYC Marine Standards Certified, and a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed captain. Cormic brings practical marine experience, careful inspection methods, and clear reporting to every assignment.​
